Digithrive is on the hunt for London’s most talented account managers to join its digital agency division.

Under the leadership of the CEO and working with the senior management team of its print and content divisions, this exciting position gives you the opportunity to develop with the business and its exciting growth plans. The role offers exceptional uncapped commission and bonus structures.

There is an immediate opportunity for experienced digital sales executives to join the business. These are new business roles, with opportunities to upsell to the group’s existing print and content client base.

Overview

The primary focus will be growing new business and working alongside our senior management team. You will be required:

  • To effectively sell digital solutions to advertisers in order to maximise potential revenue and achieve personal and team targets.
  • To achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
  • To create, develop and implement a clear sales strategy with the CEO.
  • To create bespoke digital marketing proposals and pitch them with success.
  • To establish and maintain strong working relationships with designated clients.
  • To build a new client database of your own.
  • To regularly explore new business opportunities, partnerships and presenting ideas both internally and externally.
  • To effectively manage and service client accounts and deal with all enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • To work closely with other departments where necessary e.g. editorial, production, marketing, accounts etc. in managing accounts and campaigns.
Essential skills/qualifications:
  • Passionate about all things digital!
  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling digital agency services.
  • Excellent performance in generating new business.
  • Ability to create bespoke digital marketing proposals.
  • Experience in delivering successful digital marketing pitches
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
  • Extensive sales and account management experience.
  • Sound understanding of the following digital solutions:
    – Digital Advertising (Search, Display, Social, Retargeting, Programmatics etc)
    – PPC
    – SEO
    – Social Marketing Management
    – Review & Citation Management
    – Data analytics
    – Insight tools and platforms

THE COMPANY

Digithrive is an exciting new division of Zest Media Group. A fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency, we are seeking experienced Paid Advertising Specialists to join our ever expanding team.

Digithrive was launched last year, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow and fast track their career. Unlike many other Agencies/Publishers, all senior positions across the business have been taken by staff within the business. Making this a great opportunity for  a creative and knowledgeable digital marketing enthusiast looking to further their career.

THE ROLE

As Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a number of digital marketing campaigns for Digithrive’s paid advertising accounts. You will have a working knowledge of at least two biddable channels – search, display, social, video and programmatic – and be able to communicate well with senior staff members, both internally & externally with our clients.

You’ll ensure all campaigns are managed to the highest standards, utilising all relevant, available and applicable optimisation methods to ensure maximum performance. You will have the opportunity to grow and lead accounts in due course so a go-getter attitude will make you stand out from the crowd.

DAY TO DAY TASKS

  • Building paid campaigns across: Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic etc.
  • Managing and optimising these campaigns to meet clients’ objectives / ROI.
  • Liaising with clients to understand opportunities and problems and devise long-term strategies.
  • Work with the Digithrive team to develop strategies for our clients.
  • Ensuring best practice approaches are adopted throughout your work for consistent, high quality output.
  • Work with clients to set KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain close and productive client relationships as well as the ability to identify new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Develop a strong insight into each client’s campaign(s) and provide well-informed, strategic and timely advice to both clients and internal departments in order to continually optimise activity and performance.
  • Create and provide campaign performance reports and ensure they are shared and communicated well to the client.
  • Be comfortable reporting any potential issues or concerns with management.
  • Liaise with clients, as and when required.
  • Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid advertising landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally.

ABOUT YOU

  • You love digital marketing and paid media in particular.
  • You’re a team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics, but are also able to work independently.
  • You have a can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about building a career in digital marketing.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • You have at least 6 months paid media experience, preferably agency side.
  • Proven track record in successful campaign management and optimisation across multiple channels.
  • Working knowledge of Paid Advertising, whether through an agency or client side.
  • Excellent level of understanding within Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent level of written English.
  • Good level of numeracy skills.
  • Previous knowledge of working with SaaS products is desired but not compulsory.
